There can be problems: for example an out-of-hours emergency call about repairs, and you feel the Call Centre staff haven't understood the urgency or complexity of your problem. You can insist to the Call Centre staff to escalate your call: there are two levels of management above, with a Manager always on stand-by. You can explain the issue to the manager who has power to authorise further works as appropriate.
